KleenCheck for the NHS

Three special versions of KleenCheck have been produced for the Healthcare Sector.

Pro-Audit

Whilst making the delivery of the audits required by the National Cleaning Standards easier to carry out it also generates information on areas for improvement. By having the required environments, all the relevant audit locations and all the items to be checked clearly laid out; each audit is completed by a simple press of a button for each topic. Data is instantly transferred to a central point where the required percentage calculations for the three cleaning types are carried out. The audit frequency for every area is set in the system, the allocation of schedules is electronically communicated to auditors enabling them to see the forward requirement of their audits and plan implementation. Auditors and Line Managers can be sent an email to remind them when audits are due. Area where corrective action is required can be identified. Managers have a dashboard showing key information for all the areas they oversee.


Pro-FR1

For managing cleaning routines of High-Risk Areas such as theatres and pharmacy clean rooms. It enables step by step instructions for cleaning high risk areas to be easily created. Cleaners are required to confirm completion of each critical step; this is recorded and time stamped. If problem areas are identified KleenCheck provides the ability to easily create and test revised protocols. It enables the allocation of schedules to cleaners and enables cleaners to see their forward schedules. Cleaners can be sent email reminders if required. All data is stored centrally as soon as recorded and analysis and reports can be set up as required locally. The Cleaning Manager has a Dashboard of key indicators which they chose. In areas serving the public data on cleaning activity can be displayed electronically.

For the cleaning of less critical areas which is often done by cleaners without any access to technology in their day-to-day work. Access to the web needs to be provided for them. The App enables all cleaners to have a personalised online induction to the organisation and be given details of all key policies. There is the facility to require Cleaners to confirm acceptance of policies when necessary. In addition, mandatory training modules can be delivered with reminders when refresher training is required. Cleaners can find and download details of cleaning locations and download cleaning routines. All material can be personalised to specific groups of cleaners. After cleans are completed there is the facility for cleaners to confirm completion of a routine. Managers and Supervisors have an audit package to check performance. A dashboard of key indicators, chosen by the cleaning manager, provides an overview of all activities.
